Integrated Employee Benefits, Inc. has managed the Health Connections program of
discounted employee benefits since 1986. Your company must be a member of The North Dallas
Chamber of Commerce to participate. If you are not currently a member, you may join at the
time of application.

In addition to recommending the Integrated Employee Benefits small business health care
