In 1986, we developed the first discounted employee benefits program endorsed by a Chamber of Commerce in the Dallas area for the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. To keep pace with the changing needs of the member companies, the program, named Health Connections, was later expanded to include HMO coverage and a discounted dental plan.

In 1987 we established our "Commitment to Service" by adding a full time licensed Service Representative. Since then, all Integrated Employee Benefits Service Representatives have held a license in health and life insurance.

Integrated Employee Benefits, Inc. received the 1991 Small Business of the Year Award from the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

Certified as a Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise in 1994.

The officers of Integrated Employee Benefits have been recognized with the following awards: Who's Who of Business Leaders Worldwide, NAHU American Enterprise Award, NAHU Leading Producer's Roundtable, North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Paul Hanson Volunteer Award, TAHU Merit Award, North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Producer Award, and North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Membership.
